      <p>These files were in the custody of Human Resources prior to transfer to Archives and Museum. The files remained in the custody of Archives and Museum until 2008. In response to the implementation of the District’s retention and disposition schedule, all the personnel files were relocated to the Central Records Storage Facility under the control of District Records and FOIP Management in Aug 2008 to be appropriately destroyed. During this relocation, Archives and Museum decided to selectively retain some of the personnel files for their inherent information.</p>
