Sinclair and the secretary was T.W. Meen. Enrolment in Fine Arts courses, University recognition of Fine Arts courses, Edmonton Public Library Bookmobile Service, and a request by the Edmonton Art Gallery for assistance were discussed.

Series consists of reports produced by teams of school inspectors visiting Edmonton Public High Schools. Inspectors comment on and critique the school’s philosophies, administration, programs, counseling services, library services, subject areas, and the physical plant. The report of McNally School only addresses the Biology Department and the Library Services.

It records the lending of the History of Music, maps, and the location of Travelling Libraries within the school system. The Travelling Libraries were designated as Primary, High School, Manual Training and Household Economics. Also included is a 1928 Registration of Speakers in High Schools.
