After 1953, this group became known as Central or Beverly Central.

For students over 16, industrial courses could be taken in Art, Architectural Course, Forge Shop, Gas Engine, Household Arts, Dressmaking, Industrial Chemistry and Mineralogy, Machine Shop, Printing, and Woodwork.
