Superintendent's Monthly Reports

Series contains reports given by the Edmonton Public Schools Superintendent to the Board of Trustees pertaining to the administration of Edmonton Public Schools. These reports present information, enquiries and recommendations. This series also contains reports and information presented to the Superintendent by committees, school officials and outside agencies. The subject matter in the reports varies, but most information relates to expenditures and budget. The Superintendents responsible for the reports are James McCaig (1906-1913), W.L. Richardson (Acting Nov-Dec 1913), W.G. Carpenter (1914-1923), George A. McKee (1924-1940) and Ross S. Sheppard (1940-1955).

The book was coordinated by the Committee for the Utilization of Community Resources within Edmonton Public Schools and a forward was written by the Superintendent, R. S. Sheppard.

It was prepared by the Elementary Curriculum Sub-Committee of the Edmonton Public School Local A. T. A. in cooperation with Edmonton Public Schools.
