Also included are reports for the Department of Education on the Enrolment for October 1962 distributed by sex, grade and age.

Item is a report submitted to the University of Alberta School of Physical Education to fulfill the requirements of the Bachelor of Physical Education degree. Its purpose was to calculate a theoretical running path for tracks of various dimensions, to design suitable tracks, and to compare running times on these tracks. Schools within Edmonton Public Schools were the subject of study.

Item is a report prepared for the Edmonton Public School Board by the Advisory Committee on Education of the Gifted. Item also includes an accompanying letter from the Deputy Superintendent of Schools. The Advisory Committee was made up of Edmonton Public Schools employees who presented information and recommendations through the report.

Item is a progress report for a project, developed by Edmonton Public Schools Department of Research, Development and Information, under the Provincial Government’s Innovative Project Fund. The project was to develop a planning model for a decision-making process that would relate and create accountability for educational objectives to allocated resources. The project was intended to run from 1971-1975, but at the 27 Nov 1973 Board meeting a motion was adopted to terminate it on 31 Dec 1973.

Eurchuk, Assistant Principal of Avalon Junior High School, was the Special Projects Class Supervisor. The class was part of the district's Gifted and Talented Program. Students who participated in the class and submitted reports were from several different junior high schools within Edmonton Public Schools.
