The newsletters were issued as required with no fixed date of issue. Later known as the Superintendent's Memo : to School Adminsitrators after Rolland Jones resigned. Item reflects time period 06 Feb 1970 to 28 Aug 1972. - Some newsletters within these records have enclosures.
